What is andropause?

Definition

Around the age of 40 the testosterone levels in men starts to decline, these levels continue to fall about 10% every 10 years or so, i.o.w "Male menopause.."

And although men's hormones don't go south as severely as the ladies our bodies still need some extra consideration during this time.

Commonly know as "midlife crisis", andropuase is clearly a time when we feel a little vulnerable, there are various remedies available to assist with the symptoms during this time and that is what we are going to discuss on this blog.

It's a time when we feel that we have lost our vitality, strength and youth, energy and sexual performance decline. It is also during this time that we start to take notice of our prostrate.
