New Survey Shows African Amaricans Have A Higher Heart Diseas Risk.

As they say the proof is in the pudding, oh that is bad!

Alzheimer’s Association and American Heart Association Join Forces to Educate African Americans on Managing Heart Health to Promote Brain Health

Compared to the Caucasian majority population, African Americans have a higher risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and other cardiovascular complications, which could lead to a higher risk of stroke and Alzheimer’s disease.
“What’s good for your heart is good for your brain,” says Alzheimer’s Association spokesperson Jennifer Manly, PhD. “Every healthy heartbeat pumps about one-fifth of your blood to your brain. The human brain is comprised of billions of brain cells that need a constant source of nutrients and oxygen, which is carried in the blood so that the brain can carry on the daily processes of thinking, problem solving and remembering.

Are you a 40+ man ? Then chances are....

    Hi there,

You might be suffering from this condition and it is adding to your stress load which in turn aggravates the problem, so don't stress. Also start thinking along the lines of treating the cause and not the symptom, which seems to be the trend.

According to research on a certain patent medication that's suppose to improve your ability to urinate. The researchers indicated that the molecule isosorbide dinatrate works by improving the production of nitric oxide, a substance that relaxes vascular and other smooth muscles.

In the men they studied they found that the flow improved and that the resistance to that flow decreases.

Did you know that that is exactly what the natural amino acid L-arginine does, plus, plus it improves erectile dysfunction(ED), now ain't that neat?

In reality L-arginine is useful for all sorts of vascular diseases because it improves blood flow by dilating your blood vessels.

When using L-arginine for ED you may need to take 3 to 6 grams at a time for sexual enhancement. Regular L-arginine reaches peak levels around 1 to 2 hours, so it is best to take it 2 hours "before" for best results.

    All the best
